大孔树脂吸附分离黑果枸杞色素的研究

摘要: 本文对大孔树脂吸附分离黑果枸杞色素的条件与方法进行了研究。结果表明,X-5树脂对黑果枸杞色素吸附效果最佳,在pH3.0的条件下,最大吸附量可达0.03715g/ml湿树脂体积;以95%乙醇溶液作洗脱剂,色素回收率达到97.78%;制取的色素产品外观呈紫红色,色价为36.7。

Abstract: The adsorption and desorption of the pigment of Lycium ruthenicum Murr. with macroporous resin is studied. The results show that resin X-5 has higher adsorption capacity, at pH3.0, which adsorption capacity is 37.15mg/ml resin; Eluting with 95% ethanol from X-5 resin, the pigment can be gotten more than 97.78% of that all. The pigment producted by this method is purple power, and its colour value is 36.7.
