青钱柳多糖提取工艺的研究

摘要: 以江西修水青钱柳粉末为原料,采用热水浸提法提取青钱柳多糖,研究了提取温度、提取次数、提取时间和料液比对青钱柳多糖得率的影响,并以提取次数、提取时间和料液比为考察因素,在90℃下,采用L9(33)正交试验确定了热水浸提法提取青钱柳多糖的最佳工艺参数,即提取次数为三次,提取时间为150min,液料比为1:8。在上述提取条件下,热水浸提法提取青钱柳多糖得率可达到6.54%。

Abstract: Polysaccharides in Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal.) Iljinskaja samples of Xiushui country in jiangxi province were obtained from dried Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal.) Iljinskaja powder by hot water extraction. The effects of extraction times, extraction time and the powder-to-water ratio were studied. A L9(33) orthogonal test was carried out by taking extraction times, extraction time and the powder-to-water ratio as the parameters to determine at extraction temperature of 90 ℃. The optimal comditions are as following: extraction three times, extraction time 150 mintues and the powder-to-water ratio 1:8. Under these conditions, the yield of Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal.) Iljinskaja polysaccharides reached 6.54%.
