摘要: 果蔬加工业是我国农产品加工业中具有明显比较优势和国际竞争力的行业,具有广阔的发展前景。本文阐述了发展果蔬加工业的重要意义,介绍了果蔬加工业的国外发展趋势和我国的发展现状,分析了制约我国果蔬加工业发展的主要问题,并指出了我国果蔬加工业的发展目标和关键领域。

Abstract: The Chinese agricultural processing industries of fruits and vegetables have comparatively superiority andinternational competitive capability, with wide developing prospect. The importance to develop the processing industry of fruitand vegetable was elaborated. Its overseas trend and present situation were introduced. The major problems in its developmentrestriction were analyzed, and the developing objective and critical yields of Chinese processing industry of fruit and vegetable were also reviewed in this paper.
