摘要: 本文主要介绍了青稞特性、青稞主要成分及功效、青稞在食品中的应用及青稞产品的加工利用现状,并指出青稞今后的研究方向。

Abstract: Characteristics , the main components and their functions, application in food industry of barley were introducedin this paper. The aim was to find research direction of barley in the future.
