外界因子对提取双低菜籽粕分离蛋白效果的影响

摘要: 通过鉴别设计法(SD)对影响提取双低菜籽粕分离蛋白效果的外界因子,如pH、料液比(g/ml)、提取温度、振荡时间、离心时间、离心转速等关键因子进行考察与评价。结果表明:pH、料液比(g/ml)和提取温度对提取双低菜籽粕分离蛋白影响显著,振荡时间、离心时间和离心转速对提取双低菜籽粕分离蛋白影响不显著。

关键词: 菜籽粕, 分离蛋白, 鉴别实验, 外界因子

Abstract: Screening design was used in this study for estimating the extracted effects of external factors in protein isolate indouble-low rape-seed meal, with respect to the variables such as pH, ratio of materiel and water(g/ml), temperature, shakingtime, centrifuge time and centrifuge speed. Results showed that the pH, ratio of materiel and water(g/ml) and temperature werethe major affecting factors for extraction of protein isolate in double-low rape-seed meal while the shaking time, centrifuge timeand centrifuge speed were not.
