辐照法魔芋葡甘聚糖丙烯酸接枝共聚反应条件研究

摘要: 研究了用辐照技术对魔芋葡甘聚糖(KonjacglucomannanKGM)和丙烯酸(crylicacid)进行接枝共聚反应条件,通过对辐照剂量、中和度、单体与魔芋胶的配比、有氧无氧条件以及温度等因素试验,探讨对吸水率和接枝率的影响。结果表明,辐照法魔芋胶接枝丙烯酸的最佳条件是:辐照剂量5.02kGy、中和度60%、最佳单体与魔芋胶的比(体积质量比)5:1、充氮无氧时,吸水率达540倍,接枝率达79%,温度对接枝率和吸水率几乎没有影响。共聚反应产物内聚性、硬度和胶粘性随辐射剂量的增加而增加,而黏度随辐射剂量的增加而降低。

Abstract: Conditions for grafting between Konjac glucomannan and crylic acid by radiation are described. Grafting percentage and water-absorbtion was affected by radiation dose, neutralization degree of acrylic acid, monomer concentration, inputting nitrogen and temperature. It is showed that conditions for grafting taking into consideration grafting percentage and water- absorbtion were radiation dose 5.02kGy, neutralization degree of acrylic acid 60%, monomer concentration 20%, inputting nitrogen. Water-absorbtion 540 times and 79% grafting percentage can be obtained. Higher radiation dose, higher cohesiveness, gumminess and hardness, lower adhesiveness.
