高压电脉冲提取小麦胚谷胱苷肽的影响因素研究

摘要: 谷胱苷肽是体内的一种重要的活性物质,并广泛存在于所有生物细胞中。提取谷胱甘肽的关键问题是使谷胱甘肽从细胞中释放出来。HEFP处理能破坏细胞膜,改变其通透性。本研究采用高压电脉冲作用于小麦胚,实验结果表明:高压电脉冲提取小麦胚谷胱苷肽的方法是可行的;脉冲数目、料水比、场强强度影响谷胱苷肽的得率,脉冲数是影响得率的主要因素。小麦谷胱苷肽最佳提取条件:脉冲数为9,电场强度为16kV,料水比为1:20。

Abstract: Glutathione is an important active substance in body, it exist in all of the biological cell.The key point obtaining glutathione from wheat germ is that making glutathione release from cell into solution . HEFP can break the cell membrane and improving its passing ability. Applying high electric field pulse (HEFP) to wheat germ is used in this study. The experimental result show that this treatment way obtaining glutathione from wheat germ by HEFP is feasible and the effect is good . In the other hand, The product of glutathione is affected by the intensity and pulse of electric field and the water-wheat germ rate,and pulse of electric field is main effects.The experimental result also show that optimum obtaining conditions are Intensity of Electric Field 16kV, Pulse of Electric Field 9,Water-wheat germ rate 1:20.
