超临界CO2结晶银杏内酯预浸提工艺参数优选

Optimization of Solvent Extraction Technology Parameters Prior Supercritical CO2 Crystallizing Ginkgolides

摘要: 根据前期研究结果,对采用响应曲面法关于液固比、温度和时间建立溶剂浸提工艺模型1的变化规律进行分析,并优选出最佳工艺参数,利于简化后续超临界流体结晶条件。结果表明:当液固比为8.02:1,温度为77.20℃,时间为4.32h时,浸提率高达92.62%。

Abstract: According to forgoing research results, authors analyzed the changing orderliness of the model of extraction technology about extraction ratio with the ratio of solvent to material, extraction temperature and extraction time with response surface methodology(RSM), and optimized the technology. When the ratio of liquid to solid material is 8.02, temperature is 77.20 ℃, time is 4.32 hours, the extraction ratio is up to 92.62%.
