摘要:

本文对抗氧化膳食纤维的物质基础、功能评价及应用进行了综述,以期对以后的膳食纤维功能性研究提供一些帮助。

Abstract:

In this article, the substance basis, fuction evaluation and application of antioxidant dietary fiber were reviewed, hiping to provide some references for studying it functionality.
