摘要: 通过L9(34)正交试验设计,探讨了提取条件对大花罗布麻叶黄酮类物质提取量的影响,实验表明:以50%乙醇、固液比1:30、40℃、1h为最佳条件。

Abstract: Flavonoids from Apoacynum venetum leaves were prepared according to a L9(34) orthogonal test plan. The relationship between extracting conditions and yield of flavonoids extracted from Apoacynum venetum leaves was investigated. Experiment results showed that using 50% alcohol as extracting solvents, at 40℃, 1h and 1:30.
