摘要: 本文阐述建立转基因食品安全性评价与管理体系的意义,从转基因食品安全性的内涵和外延出发,重点论述转基因食品安全性评价与管理体系的基本框架及其运作机制。

Abstract: The significance of safety assessment and management system of genetically modified food was discussed. Based on the connotation and extension of the safety of genetically modified food, basic framework and its operation mechanism for safety assessment and management system of genetically modified food were focused.
