油菜花粉多糖的制备及其对荷瘤小鼠的影响

摘要: 本文以油菜蜂花粉为原料提取制备油菜花粉多糖(RPP),采用动物抑制性肿瘤法,以环磷酰胺为对照,观察RPP的抑瘤作用,并对其抗氧化作用与抗肿瘤作用的相关性进行研究。结果表明RPP对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长有明显抑制作用,剂量组200mg/kg•d抑瘤率高达51.26%;RPP可以明显增加荷瘤小鼠血清SOD、GSH-Px活性,降低荷瘤小鼠血清LDH活性、MDA含量,由此可见,RPP可通过增强机体抗氧化能力而抑制肿瘤生长。

Abstract:  Preparation of rape pollen polysaccharide (RPP) in rape bee-pollen was studied in this paper. Through transplantable animal tumor, the anti-tumor effect of RPP and the relationship between anti-tumor and antioxidant effect were investigated in comparison with Cy. The results showed that RPP could significantly inhibit the growth of tumor, and the inhibition rate of 200mg kg•d dosage group was 51.26%. RPP could remarkably increase SOD and GSH-Px activity, decrease LDH activity and MDA content in serum. The anti-tumor effect of RPP might be due to enhancing its antioxidant capacity in tumor-bearing mice.
