摘要: 研究了混合表面活性剂SDS-OP对二甲酚橙(XO)光度法测锌(Ⅱ)的增敏作用。在醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲体系中,锌-二甲酚橙(XO)-SDS-OP络合物呈紫红色,络合物最大吸收波长为580nm,比不加表面活性剂时红移了20nm。摩尔吸光系数达1.15×105L/mol•cm。锌含量在0.0~28.0μg/ml范围内符合比耳定律,线性回归方程为:A=0.295C+0.001。该法用于奶粉中锌含量的测定,结果令人满意。

Abstract: The sensitizing action of mixed surfactants(SDS-OP) in the ingrain reaction of zinc and xylenol orange developmentwas studied. With mixed surfactants SDS and OP, in a pH 5.4~6.0 buffer solution, the reaction formed a steady purplish red complex compound. The absorption maxima lied at 580 nm with its apparent molar absorptivity of 1.15×105Lmol•cm. Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 0.0~28.0μgml for zinc(Ⅱ). Equation was: A = 0.295C+0.001.
