摘要: 本文对气相色谱法测定水产品中六六六及滴滴涕残留常用的三种前处理方法:丙酮―石油醚两步萃取法、石油醚一步萃取法和消化法进行了回收率的比较。结果表明:在加标浓度为5ng/g时三种方法之间回收率的差异不显著(p>0.05);在加标浓度为50ng/g时,丙酮―石油醚两步萃取法、消化法跟石油醚一步萃取法相比差异显著(p<0.05),前两种方法的回收率明显高于石油醚一步萃取法;在加标浓度为150ng/g时,消化法的回收率明显高于其他两种方法(p<0.05)。

Abstract: This project is to compare the recovery determination of BHC and DDT with three different sample preparation methods: acetone-petroleum ether two step abstraction method, petroleum ether one step abstraction method and digestion method. The results showed: there’s no obvious difference among the three sample preparation methods at the concentration of 5ng/g (p>0.05). When the concentration is 50ng/g (p<0.05), the acetone-petroleum ether two step abstraction method and digestion method show great difference in comparison with petroleum ether one step abstraction method, while the recovery of the two previous methods is both higher than the one step method. But when the sample is of the concentration of 150ng/g (p<0.05). The recovery of digest method is obviously higher than other methods.
