不同分子结合比克喘素免疫原制备Balb/c小鼠抗血清效果比较

摘要: 用克喘素(CL)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)偶合制备的3种克喘素免疫原CL6.l-BSA、CL13.2-BSA、CL18.9-BSA(分子结合比分别为6.1:1、13.2:1、18.9:1)免疫Balb/c小鼠,制备多抗血清,采用间接ELISA和间接竞争ELISA法检测,并进行多抗血清效果的比较,结果表明:克喘素免疫原CL13.2。-BSA制备的多抗血清效果明显优于另外两种克喘素免疫原,用其制备的多抗血清效价高、特异性好,线性检测范围为1~10μg/ml。

Abstract: Immunizing Balb/c mouse with three kinds of clenbuterol lmrmunogens whose coupling ratios are 6.1:1, 13.2:1, 18.9:l respectively, getting the anti-clenbuterol serum and detecting them with indirect ELlSA and indirect competitive ELISA.Theresults show that the antiserurn of CL13.2-BSA is prior to the other two clenbuterol immunogens, which has a higher titer andsensitivity, the linear detection scope was 1~10μg/ml.
