摘要: 魔芋葡甘聚糖经特殊的物理、化学工艺低温处理成型,制成海绵状载体接种美味杏鲍菇。在培养液中加入以氯化钙为钙源,将魔芋葡甘聚糖载体及菌丝体同时收获作为豆奶的添加料,制成植物-食用菌钙-复合型功能性饮料。营养价值高、成本低,为中小食品企业研发、生产高钙奶提供了一种实验模型。

Abstract: The incubation of spongy vehicle carrier made of konjak after specific physical and chemical treatment with calciumrich, plearotus eryngi mycelia were mixed soya milk and edible fungi of high nutrient and low cost. The experiment provided amodel to produce calcium rich soymilk yogurt for the enterprises.
