摘要: 红花油中亚油酸含量可达73%~85%,是制取亚油酸的一种理想原料。本文以红花油为原料,对亚油酸的提取方法进行了研究,经皂化、酸解、尿素包合等工艺制备出了纯度高达99.65%的亚油酸,是实验室制取亚油酸的较佳方法。

Abstract: Safflower oil was a good source of linoleic acid, which could reach 73%~85%. The method for preparing linoleicacid from safflower oil was studied in this paper. After saponification, acidification and urea inclusion, the product obtainedcould contain a purity of 99.65% of linoleic acid.
