燕麦β-葡聚糖对正常小鼠及四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠血糖、血脂的调节作用研究

摘要: 目的:观察燕麦葡聚糖对正常小鼠和四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠血糖、血脂、血清胰岛素水平的影响。方法:采用四氧嘧啶造糖尿病小鼠模型,对糖尿病小鼠和正常小鼠灌胃燕麦葡聚糖,测定小鼠血糖、血脂、胰岛素水平、糖耐量指标。结果:燕麦葡聚糖对正常小鼠的血脂、体重具有调节作用,对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠具有显著的降血糖、降血脂和恢复胰岛素水平的功效(p<0.01)。

Abstract: Objective: To study the effects of oatβ-Glucan on blood sugar, serum lipid and insulin of ordinary and diabetes rats.Methods: The model of diabetes rats was the alloxan pathogenesis was with high blood sugar, while the serum lipid and insulin weredetermined after the oatβ-Glucan perfused into the ordinary and diabetes rats. Results: To the ordinary rats, oatβ-GlucanShowed saliente adjust able function on the serum lipid and avoirdupoids. To the diabetes rats, oatβ-Glucan could decreasesignificantly the blood sugar, serum lipid while increase the insulin(p<0.01).
