摘要: 为了研究二十八烷醇对机体的免疫功能和运动耐力的影响。以小鼠作为研究对象,用于检测指标的实验动物均分为三组,杏仁露组、杏仁露+28烷醇组和对照组,采用灌胃方式,14d后以脾指数、迟发性变态反应、血清溶血素水平、B淋巴细胞和T淋巴细胞增殖指数和游泳时间作为观察指标。结果显示:二十八烷醇可增强小鼠的SRBC-DTH水平和使脾指数增高,并可显著刺激实验小鼠脾内T、B淋巴细胞的增殖,增强其B淋巴细胞的溶血素抗体的分泌,延长小鼠的游泳时间。该结果表明二十八烷醇可提高实验动物的免疫功能和运动耐力。

Abstract: Purposes: To study the effects of Octacosanol on immunity and swim tolerance of mice. Method: The mice used for experiment weredivided into three groups(almond juice, almond juice add Octacosanol and control).After 14 days by gavage, The spleen-index, SRBC-DTH, HA,T lymphocyte stimulus index, B lymphocyte stimulus index and swim tolerance were assayed. Result: The result indicated that Octacosanol couldenhance the level of HA and SRBC-DTH. It also could increase the spleen-index. T lymphocyte stimulus index and B lymphocyte stimulus indexand improve the swim tolerance of mice. Conclusion: Octacosanol could improve the immunity and swim tolerance of mice.
