白刺种子黄酮类化合物最佳提取工艺研究

摘要: 本文通过单因素及正交实验探讨了白刺种子内黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺。实验结果表明:在提取温度80℃的条件下用70%乙醇回流提取3次,每次1.5h,料液比为1:6(W/V)。在此条件下,黄酮类化合物的得率最高。

Abstract: In this paper the optimum extracting conditions of Nitraria flavonoids were investigated by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that under the conditions of 80℃,1:6(W/V),70% ethanol and extracting 3 times with 1.5 h for each time, theextraction rate of flavonoids would reach 93.8%.
