茶叶中7种有机磷农药残留的快速检测方法

摘要: 采用HP6890气相色谱仪,DB-5毛细管柱子,FPD检测器,同时测定茶叶中7种有机磷农药。本方法对7种有机磷农药的回收率范围76.4%~103.8%,变异系数为6.3%~10.6%,检测限为0.0034~0.0075μg/g。

Abstract: A method for rapid determination of seven common Organo-phosphorus pesticides in tea sample by gaschromatography was purposed. The pesticides were analyzed by GC(HP6890) with DB-5 capillary column and FPD detector.The results showed that the recoveries of these seven common pesticides were between 76.4%~103.8%, the coefficients ofvariation between 6.3%~10.6% and the LOD between 0.0034~0.0675μg/g.
