超临界CO2中全反式β,β-和ψ,ψ-胡萝卜素的电子吸收光谱位移研究

摘要: 本研究的目的是探索超临界二氧化碳中全反式β,β-胡萝卜素和ψ,ψ-胡萝卜素的电子吸收光谱的位移规律。结果表明:与其在正己烷中的吸收光谱相比,二者在超临界CO2中的电子吸收光谱发生了"紫移"。同时,由压力和温度改变引起的CO2密度增加导致了二者的电子吸收光谱发生"红移"。参照类胡萝卜素在有机试剂中的电子吸收光谱变化规律,这两种吸收光谱的位移被认为与超临界CO2的极化率(进而与其折射率)及其变化有关。

Abstract: The electronic absorption spectral shifts of all-E-β,β-carotene and ψ,ψ-carotene in supercritical carbon dioxide were studied. Experimental results indicated that hypsochromic spectral shifts of all-E-β,β-carotence and ψ,ψ-carotene in CO2 phase are observed in comparison of those in hexane. Additionally,bathochromic spectral shifts of the tested carotenes are observed while pressure and temperature variations-induced increase in the density of CO2 takes place. Both of the spectral shifts are considered fundamentally to be related with polarizability term (further referred to the refractive index) variation of CO2 according to the established spectral theory of carotenoids in organic solvents.
