摘要: 采用本室自制的植物酯酶,对19种有机磷农药进行了敏感性试验,并测定了该酶对这19种有机磷农药的最低检测限(LOD)。研究表明,所制备植物酯酶对受试的18种有机磷农药均有良好的敏感性,且最低检测限远低于国家规定的最大残留限量(MRL),因此,该酶可作为有机磷农药残留检测用酶。

Abstract: The sensitivity and the limit of detection(LOD) of phytoesterase on organophosphate pesticides were studied in this paper. The results showed that phytoesterase is not only very sensitive to organophosphate pesticides but also its LOD is much less than the maximum residue limits (MRL) as nation all specified. So, we concluded that the phytoesterase obtained can be used for the rapid detection of pesticides residues.
