银杏叶粗提和纯化新工艺研究

摘要: 研究了工业化生产银杏叶的全新生产工艺:原料以石油醚回流提取,再以80%乙醇回流提取,减压浓缩,新型澄清剂沉降,树脂分级吸附,pH3~4酸水和酸性25%乙醇洗涤,75%乙醇洗脱,喷雾干燥,可以得到国际认可的黄酮和内酯含量分别达到24%和6%以上的银杏叶提取物(EGB)。

Abstract: The new technical conditions for the preparation of Ginkgo biloba extract were studied. The leaves of G.biloba wereextracted with petroleum ether and then 80% ethanol under reflux. The concentrated extract was treated with water, clarified andthen filtred. The necessary components in the filtrate were adsorbed on macro reticular resin, and eluated with 75% ethanol. Thealcoholic eluate after concentration, was spray dried and the final G.biloba extract was given with a flavonoid content>24% anda lactone content>6%.
