海带提取岩藻聚糖的研究

摘要: 本文报道了福建地产海带提取岩藻聚糖的研究结果。采用0.1mol/L HCl为萃取液,用量为藻体重量的8倍,萃取时间2h,并用70%饱和度乙醇沉淀精制,岩藻聚糖的提取率约为原料的2.1%,产品SO42-含量为20%。本文报道的工艺条件温和,不使用任何有害元素或化学药品,产品具有安全度高,生物活性强的优点。

Abstract: This paper reported the studied results oning funcoidan from the kelp Laminaria japonica Aresch. Theabstracting conditions were including 8 times of 0.1mol/L HCl for dissolvent and 2h to abstract. Afterward, 70% saturation degreeof ethanol was used to purify the crude funcoidan. The yeild rate was 2.1% of the raw kelp. The technological processes reportedwere mild and the products were provided with high security and bio-activity because of no harmful elements and chemicalspolluted.
