谷氨酸钠对螺旋藻混合营养培养的影响

摘要: 在未经灭菌的Zarrouk培养基中分别添加不同浓度的谷氨酸钠和葡萄糖,考察其对螺旋藻生长的影响。结果表明:葡萄糖的最佳添加浓度为3g/L,螺旋藻中的叶绿素含量和藻胆蛋白含量分别是对照的1.9倍和1.13倍;在3g/L葡萄糖浓度下,考察不同浓度的谷氨酸钠对螺旋藻混合营养培养的影响,以干重、叶绿素及藻胆蛋白含量、藻液的污染程度为主要指标,得出1.2g/L为最佳添加量。

Abstract: The effects of sodium glutamine with different concentrations on mixotrophic culture of S. platensis were studied. The results showed that when 3g/L glucose is appended,the content of chlorophyll is 1.9 times of that in control,but the content of phycobiliprotein is only 1.13 times. At the fixed concentration of 3g/L glucose,among the sodium glutamine concentrations 0,0.2,0.6,0.9,1.2,1.5 and 2g/L,1.2g/L is the best,according to the standards of the cell dry weight,the contents of chlorophyll and phycobiliprotein,pollution level of S. platensis.
