常温MAP环境下薄膜厚度对香蕉贮藏效果的影响

Study on Effects of Thickness of LDPE Bags on Banana Storage Under Ambient Conditions

摘要: 用四种不同厚度(0.022、0.028、0.037和0.061mm)聚乙烯薄膜袋包装香蕉在常温20±0.5℃进行贮藏试验。通过对贮藏中香蕉的重量、颜色、硬度、果肉还原糖含量、淀粉含量以及乙烯生成量六个指标的定期测定和对不同厚度薄膜的包装效果进行了比较分析,其结果表明:聚乙烯薄膜袋的厚度对香蕉贮藏的效果有着明显的差异,聚乙烯薄膜袋厚度对香蕉贮藏效果显著,其中用0.061mm包装果较之于对照果和其它厚度包装果,各指标变化均得到延迟,贮藏期也有所延长,整个贮藏期期间乙烯生成量也保持较低水平,但是各厚度薄膜包装对果实失重影响相差不大。

Abstract: The experiments have studied physiological and bilchemical change on banana packed in LDPE bags with differentthickness and stored at room temperature about 20℃.The thicknesses of LDPE bags respectively were 0.022mm、0.028mm、0.037mm and 0.061mm.Through analysis on weight loss、peel color、firmness、revert sugar、starch and ethyleneproduction,it proved that by comparing the four types of bags,the one with 0.061mm thickness could better usefully postponethe storage life of banana.
