夏枯草叶熊果酸超临界流体萃取工艺的研究

摘要: 采用超临界二氧化碳流体萃取技术,提取夏枯草叶中的熊果酸,并用高效液相色谱法测定萃取物中熊果酸含量。通过正交试验L9(34)对萃取条件进行优化,确定适宜的工艺参数。结果表明,夏枯草叶熊果酸超临界CO2萃取的各因素影响程度为:萃取温度>萃取时间>携带剂>萃取压力。最佳参数为萃取温度30℃,萃取压力15MPa,携带剂甲醇:乙醇=1:1,萃取时间90min。

Abstract: The supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction technology of ursolic acid from Prunella vulgaris Linn.leaves was studied,and the extraction conditions were optimized by using the orthogonal test L9(34).The content of ursolic acid in Prunella vulgaris extract were determined directly by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results showed that the order of the factors affecting the extraction rate of ursolic acid is extraction temperature >extraction time >entrainer composition > extraction pressure,and the optimal extraction conditions are as follows:extraction temperature 30 ℃,pressure 15 MPa,methanol-ethanol 1:1 as entrainer and extraction time 90 min.
