摘要: 最近的流行病学数据表明,在全世界的范围内肠道病毒正在成为导致食品源传染性疾病的最主要的原因。近来随着流行病诊断学和分子生物学的发展,人类现在已经有能力去避免大量的食品源传染性疾病病原体的感染。本文就有关人体肠道病毒的类型、传播途径、诊断鉴别以及食品源传染性病毒和疾病的检测等问题进行一般介绍,从而使我们能进一步理解食品源传染性疾病在日常生活中的影响。

Abstract: In recent years epidemiological studies indicate that enteric viruses were the leading cause of foodborne disease. Withthe development of epidemiology and modern molecular biology, we have the ability to avoid pathogen infection. In this paper wediscuss types of human enteric viruses, transmission routes and diagnosis methods of some enteric viruses, together with detectionmethods for some foodborne diseases. We hope this will lead us understand the importance of foodborne disease in daily life better
