摘要: 研究了食品风险,讨论了加强食品安全,提高食品卫生监督检验能力,预防大规模的食物中毒的相关问题,提出一些保证食品的安全、防范食品风险的建议。

Abstract: Food safety has become an important issue in the present. How to enhance food safety, make food risk analysis werediscussed. Protection steps to ensure food safety were proposed for improving food safety.
