磷钼杂多酸光度法测定水果、蔬菜VC

摘要: 本研究确立了磷钼杂多酸光度法测定VC的新体系。其最大吸收波长λmax=820nm,摩尔吸光系数ε= 2.1×106L/mol/cm,VC含量在0~8mg/L范围内符合朗伯比耳定律。用于水果、蔬菜VC含量的测定,精密度和准确度均令人满意。

Abstract: It is established that a new system of vitamin C is determinated by spectrophotomin of phosphomolybdicheteropolyacids in this paper.This compound has a maxium absorption wavelengh at 820nm.This molar absorptivity is 2.1×106L•mol-1•cm-1.Langberbeer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0~8mg/L of vitamin C. This method has been applied todetermination of vitamin C in fruits and vegetables with satisfactory results in accuracy and precision.
