加碘食盐中碘含量的光谱分析

Determination of Iodine in Iodized Salt by Spectrophotometry

摘要: 本文提出了在强酸性条件下, 根据碘酸根氧化邻苯二酚紫使其褪色吸光光谱法测定加碘食盐中碘含量的分析方法。实验结果表明,在最大吸收波长557nm处,碘量在0~2.0μg/ml范围呈线性关系,方法回收率为101.2%~107.9%,变异系数小于0.86%。

Abstract: A spectrophotometric determination of iodine by oxidation decoloration reaction of pyrocatechol violet by iodatein a strong acid medium is reported in this paper. The maximum absorbance is at 557nm. The linear range of determination is0~2.0μg/ml. The recovery is 101.2%~107.9%and the coefficient of variation is less 0.86%.
