超临界CO2萃取榛子油工艺条件的研究

摘要: 本文采用超临界CO2萃取的方法,通过正交试验设计确定了萃取榛子油的合理工艺条件为:萃取压力20MPa,萃取温度50℃,萃取时间2h,在此工艺条件下萃取榛子油提取率为89.7%。

Abstract: In this paper, Supercritical CO2 Extraction (SCE) was used to extract the oil from hazelnut. The optimal extractedcondition was given with orthogonal experiments. It was that extraction pressure was 20MPa, extraction temperature was 50℃ and extraction time was 2 hours. In this condition, the extraction ratio of hazelnut oil was 89.7%.
