粮谷中敌菌灵的GC-MS检测方法研究

摘要: 采用气相色谱-质谱选择离子测定粮谷中的敌菌灵,与国内外现有的方法相比,方法简便,经济快速、准确,测定方法在测量范围内具有良好的线性关系(r>0.999),测定的回收率范围为83.5%~92.7%。检出限为0.002mg/kg,相对标准偏差为1.36%~3.82%。并对以上结论进行了多个实验室验证,表明其方法的检测灵敏度和准确性均能满足我国进出口粮谷中敌菌灵的检测限量要求。

Abstract: GC-MS method was developed to determine the anilazine residue in cereals. Compared with the existing methods,it is more simple,economic and precise as well. This method has good linear correlation( r > 0.999). The recovery rate ranges 83.5% to 92.7%,the detection limit is 0.002 mg/kg and the RSD is 1.36% to 3.82%. The results of verification experiments in three different labs certificated the method can meet the requires of determination of anilazine residue in import and export cereals.
