摘要: 本文综述了激光技术在食品和农产品加工中的应用。分别介绍了激光在酿造食品中的应用;激光用于酵母菌诱变;激光用于食品加工和农产品加工的检测和监控;激光切削技术用于食品和农产品加工;激光技术在食品包装中的应用。

Abstract: The applications of modern laser technology in processing of food and agricultural products were summarized in this paper,including the applications of laser technology in brewing food,mutagensis of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The detection and monitoring of food and agricultural products and food packaging and the application of laser cutting technology in processing of food and agricultural products.
