The Influence of Several kinds of Factors on the Growth of Mycelia and Exopolysaccharide of Clitocybe maxima

摘要: 本文主要研究了不同浓度的NAA、2,4-D、IBA、L-GLU、油酸,CMC六种因子对大杯伞深层培养菌丝体得率和胞外多糖的影响,并筛选出最适浓度。实验结果表明,当NAA为0.4mg/L、2,4-D为0.3mg/L、L-Glu为0.5~1.0mg/L、IBA为1.0mg/L,油酸为0.2~0.3mg/L、CMC为0.3mg/L时为其菌丝体生长的适宜浓度;胞外多糖产生的最适浓度为:NAA0.1mg/L、2,4-D0.3mg/L、L-Glu1.0mg/L、IBA为1.5mg/L,油酸0.4mg/L、CMC0.5mg/L。

Abstract: The influence of six kind of factors(NAA, 2,4-D, IBA, L-GLU, Oleic acid and CMC) on the growth of mycelia and exopolysaccharide content from Clitocybe maxima was studied. And the aim is to find the optimum concentration of the six factors. The results showed that NAA 0.4mg/L, 2,4-D 0.3mg/L, L-Glu 0.5~1.0mg/L, IBA 1.0mg/L, oleic acid 0.2~0.3mg/L, CMC 0. 3mg/L in the medium can remarkably enhance the growth of mycelia and the optimum concentration to exopolysaccharide is NAA 0.1mg/L, 2,4-D 0.3mg/L, L-Glu 1.0mg/L, IBA 1.5mg/L, oleic 0.4mg/L, CMC 0.5mg/L.
