当归多糖对亚急性辐射损伤小鼠的防护作用研究

Study on Radioprotection Effects of Angelica sinensis Polysaccharides on Sub-acute Radiation-injured Mouse

摘要: 目的:考察当归多糖ASP3组分对亚急性辐射损伤小鼠的防护作用。方法:以当归多糖ASP3组分为受试物,用60Coγ射线对小鼠进行一次性全身照射,采用推片染色、试剂盒检测、MTT等方法检测外周血白细胞、淋巴细胞数量,骨髓嗜多染红细胞(PCE)微核率,淋巴细胞转化率,肝组织SOD活力、MDA含量。结果:ASP3对亚急性辐射损伤小鼠的外周血白细胞、淋巴细胞数量的回升均有明显的促进作用,并能有效地抑制PCE微核的形成,促进外周血淋巴细胞转化以及肝组织的抗氧化能力,增强机体的辐射耐受性。结论:当归多糖具有一定的抗辐射功能,对亚急性辐射损伤小鼠有良好的防护作用。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the radioprotective effect of Angelica sinensis polysaccharide ASP3 on sub-acute radiation- injured mice. Methods: Polysaccharide ASP3, prepared from Angelica sinensis, was orally administered to groups of mice. After being exposed wholely to 60Coγ-rays once, peripheral leucocyte and lymphocyte counts, micronuclei frequency of PCE in bone marrow, transformation rates of peripheral lymphocyte, SOD and MDA of liver cells were examined. Results: ASP3 could protect leucocytes and lymphocytes, prohibit formation of micronucleus of polychromatic erythrocytes in bone-marrow, speed trans- formation rate of peripheral lymphocytes, content of SOD of liver cells and enhance the radiation endurance of the body. Conclusion: ASP3 has radioprotective effects on sub-acute radiation-injured mice.
