紫叶稠李叶中总黄酮含量的研究

摘要: 采用分光光度法,以芦丁为标准品,测定紫叶稠李叶中的总黄酮含量。结果表明:紫叶稠李叶中总黄酮含量为0.875%。黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度60%,提取时间2.5h,提取温度60℃,料液比1g:30ml。

Abstract: Flavonoids in leaves of Prunus virginiana was determined by spectrometric. The analytical result showed that the average content of flavonoids in leaves of Prunus virginiana was 0.875%. The optimum extracting conditions were: alcohol density 60%, extract time 2.5h, extract temperature 60℃ and solid-liquid ratio 1g: 30ml.
