摘要: 摇瓶培养绿色木霉得到纤维素酶粗酶液,分别测定C1酶、Cx酶、β-葡萄糖苷酶的活力并测定温度、pH、底物浓度、金属离子对不同酶组分活力的影响。结果表明不同反应条件对不同酶组分的活力影响各异。

Abstract: The crude cellulase of Trichoderma viride was obtained by liquid fermentation, and the C1 activity, Cx activity and β-glucanase activity were measured respectively. The results indicated that temperature, pH, substrate concentration and metallic ions affect the activity of C1 activity, Cx activity and β-glucanase activity differently.
