γ-亚麻酸代谢途径模型中关键节点的分析

摘要: 本文建立了γ-亚麻酸的代谢途径模型.初步应用该模型求解γ-亚麻酸生物合成过程中不同时期的代谢流量分配,详细分析了各时期代谢流量分配发生改变的原因,并探讨γ-亚麻酸累积的机理。分析得到G6P、丙酮酸和乙酰CoA节点是控制代谢流分布的关键节点。并且通过添加缓冲剂醋酸钠调节乙酰CoA节点提高γ-亚麻酸代谢流量。

Abstract: A metabolic pathway model of γ-linolenic acid was constructed in this paper. On the basis of the model, metabolic flux distributions of γ-linolenic acid biosynthesis at different fermentation stages and the reasons of the changes were analyzed. The analysis showed that the key nodes of the metabolic control were G6P, PYR and AcCoA. The metabolic flux of γ-linolenic acid could be increased by adding NaAC which could adjust the AcCoA node.
