食品添加剂双乙酸钠的合成动力学研究

摘要: 以醋酸-烧碱法合成双乙酸钠。在不同的原料配比下,测定双乙酸钠产率与反应时间的关系,进而确定反应的初速率;在不同的反应温度条件下,测定双乙酸钠产率和反应平衡常数,以此确定动力学方程中的待定参数。结果表明:利用动力学方程推导出来的数据结果能较准确的对实验结果进行验证。

Abstract: Sodium diacetate is synthesized by acetic acid and sodium hydroxide. Reaction velocities are obtained through determining the relation between sodium diacetate and reaction time under different raw material rate; Kinetic equation param-eters are gained by the production ratio to sodium diacetate and reaction balance constant under different reaction temperature. Data result deduced by kinetic equation can precisely verify experimental results.
