超临界CO2流体中藁本内酯可溶性压力估算及在当归油中的溶解度测定

摘要: 从分子结构角度出发,首次估算了当归油中最主要成分藁本内酯的溶解度参数和在超临界CO2流体(SC-CO2)中的可溶性压力,从理论上预测了用SC-CO2萃取藁本内酯是可行的,并且40℃比50℃更有利。通过实验证实了理论估算的正确性,并指出在当归油体系中,由于其他成分的协同作用,藁本内酯在SC-CO2流体中的溶解能力得以提高。

Abstract: The solubility parameters and soluble pressure of ligustilide (the most important constituent of Angelica sinensis oil) in supercritical CO2 (SC-CO2) extraction was estimated theoretically from the point of molecular structure. This showed that extracting ligustilide from Angelica sinensis by SC-CO2 is feasible, and the extracting temperature 40℃ is better than 50℃. The solubility of Angelica sinensis oil in SC-CO2 was determined by the apparatus with a binary phase equilibrium measurement on high-pressure. The results verify the above estimation. The results also showed that the solubility of ligustilide gets better by cooperating with other components of Angelica sinensis.
