蜜环菌的活性成分研究及其在功能性食品中的应用

摘要: 蜜环菌(Armillariamellea)是一种与传统中药天麻(GastrodiaelataBlume)共生的著名的药用真菌。经国内外多年的研究,分离得到了蜜环菌多糖、倍半萜类化合物和嘌呤类化合物等多种活性成分并对其理化特性和生物活性进行了研究。经功能性实验证明,蜜环菌具有较强的神经调节功能,有明显的镇静作用,抗惊厥作用等,并可提高机体免疫功能。现已开发了大量的蜜环菌产品,包括脑心舒口服液、蜜环菌浸膏、蜜环菌片、蜜环菌糖浆等。本文主要介绍了蜜环菌的研究近况以及蜜环菌在功能性食品中的应用前景。

Abstract: Armillaria mellea is a kind of famous medicinal fungus symbiotic with Chinese medicinal herb "Gastrodia elataBlume". For many years of studies, the researchers have isolated many active constituents, such as Armillaria melleapolysaccharides, sesquiterpenoids, purine. They also studied the properties and bio-activities of those compounds. Thefunctional experiments showed that Armillaria mellea had the ability to control the nerve system and have obvious sedation effect.It also has the capable of anti-convulsant effect. It can also raise the immunological competence of mice. Now the researchers havedeveloped many products such as Armillaria mellea extract, Armillaria mellea syrup. What generalized in the paper was theresearch development in Armillaria mellea and the applications of Armillaria mellea in functional food.
