干鲜芦荟花挥发性化学成分的分析

摘要: 报道了用同时蒸馏-萃取装置(SDE)提取干、鲜芦荟花的挥发性物质,测得干、鲜芦荟花挥发油含量分别为2.23%和2.81%,用GC/MS法从干、鲜芦荟花的挥发油中分别分离确认出10种和24种化学成分。用峰面积归一化法通过化学工作站数据处理系统得出各化学成分在挥发油中的百分含量。

Abstract: Simultaneous distillation-extractor was used for extracting the volatile substances in dry flowers and fresh flowersof Aloe vera, 10 chemical components and 24 chemical components were identified by gas chromatography /massspectrometry(GC / MS ) method respectively. The contents of the identified compounds make up 92.27% of the total volatile substancesdetected.
