摘要: 本实验分别用我国国家标准GB47892-94的营养琼脂,美国食品药品管理局(FDA)的标准平板(SA),及在此基础上优选出的C8、C9等四种培养基对常见的食品污染菌的菌液进行细菌总数测定的比较。结果表明:C8培养基的检测效果优于NA和SA培养基,在C8基础上添加0.15%吐温80从而优选所得的C9培养基,其检出率又比C8和SA培养基分别高出16.5%和40.8%。

Abstract: In this paper, Chinese GB nutrient agar (NA GB4789 2-94),American FDA standard method agar(SA) and theimproved C8,C9 media were used to do total bacterial count for some common polluted bacteria of food. The result of theexperiment showed that: the C8 medium’s effect was better than the NA and the SA medium. Furthermore, the tween-80 andtween-60 of different concentrations were appended into the C8 so as to compare the detection rate. After 0.15% tween-80 reagentwas added as disperses into C8,the detection rate of the C9 medium would be 16.5% higher than that of C8 medium and 40.8%higher than that of SA medium.
