苹果汁中氨基态氮的分离——(Ⅰ)氨基态氮在LSI-1010阳离子交换树脂上的交换吸附行为的研究

摘要: 研究了苹果汁中氨基态氮在四种阳离子交换树脂上的交换吸附行为;筛选出最佳阳离子交换树脂;系统测定并分析了氨基态氮在LSI-1010阳离子交换树脂上交换吸附静态动力学、吸附等温曲线、动态动力学曲线及影响动态动力学曲线的因素,并确定了氨基态氮交换吸附最佳工艺参数,结果表明:LSI-1010阳离子交换树脂吸附平衡时间为3.5h;20℃时,LSI-1010阳离子交换树脂吸附等温曲线符合弗伦德利希(Freundlich)吸附曲线;操作流速、果汁中氨基态氮浓度以及温度对LSI-1010阳离子交换树脂动态动力学曲线都有影响,柱处理最佳条件为:流速4BV/h、温度50℃,并且在低漏出率情况下,高氨基态氮浓度的果汁更有利于提高树脂的工作性能。

Abstract: Exchange-absorption behavior of amino nitrogen on four kinds of cation exchange resins was investigated in the work;The optimum kind of cation resins was selected.The exchange-absorption isotherm of LSI-1010 cation exchange resin and its staticand dynastic kinetics were determined and analyzed, and the optimum parameters of exchange-absorption were procured. It wasshown that the equilibrium time of LSI-1010 cation exchange resin to amino nitrogen was 3.5h. The exchange-absorptionisotherm of LSI-1010 cation exchange resin at 20℃ could be described by Freundlich isotherm. The flow rate, temperature andconcentration of amino nitrogen in apple juice affected the dynamic kinetic curves of LSI-1010 cation exchange resin to aminonitrogen; the ideal conditions were: 4BV/h and 50℃. Moreover, higher concentration of amino nitrogen can improve the mechanismof LSI-1010 cation exchange resin much more at lower flow rates.
