枸杞抗辐射效应研究

Study on Radioprotective Effects of Lycium Barbarum

摘要: 昆明种小鼠,分组经口给予2g/ml枸杞汁和5%的枸杞粉饲料,连续饲养15d,各组照射,观察30d存活率;另取小鼠,分别经口给予2g/ml枸杞汁和5%的枸杞粉饲料,连续饲养10d后,分别尾尖采血,照射,以常规显微计数法测定辐射前、辐射后白细胞(WBC)及淋巴细胞数(W-SCC);取小鼠经口给予2g/ml枸杞汁和5%的枸杞粉饲料,另腹腔注射50mg/kg环磷酰胺,连续喂养12d后照射,6d后眼眶采血,以血球分析仪测定WBC及W-SCC,并取肝、脾组织、小鼠附睾及胸骨髓涂片分别测定过氧化脂质(LPO)、嗜多染红细胞微核及精子畸变率等。结果表明:预先给予枸杞汁和枸杞粉的两组,与辐射对照组比较,存活率分别提高20%及30.8%;肝及脾过氧化脂质(LPO)下降;白细胞及淋巴细胞受到一定保护;微核率分别降低62.5%及64.3%,精子畸变率分别降低39.5%及44.2%,因此枸杞有抗辐射作用,以5%的枸杞粉饲料为佳,2g/ml枸杞汁也有明显效果。

Abstract: g /ml LB juicer(prepared from Lycium barbarum L.)was orally administered to a group of mice(LBJ group),while the chow with 5%LB powder was s upplied to another group(LBP group).A normal control and an experimental control were also arranged.After the four groups of mice were fed for 15d,the three groups(LBJ group,LBP group,and the experim ental group)were exposed to 8.5Gy γ-rays and the survival rates recorded.In another experiment,a LBJ group,a LBP group,and an experimental control were fed for 12d,then,the three grou ps were exposed to 3.0Gy γ-rays.After 6d,the number of white blood cells(WBC)and lymphocytes(W-SCC)were counted,the lipidperoxidatio n level(LPO)in spleen and liver were determined and the mic ronucleus frequency(MF )of polychromatic erythrocytes and t he sperm aberration frequcncy(SF)were also observed.The results show ed that LBJ and LBP raised the survival rates by 20%and 30%,respec tively,lowered LPO levels,protected WBC and W-SCC to some extent,decreased MF by 62.5%and 64.3%respectively and lowered SF by 39.5%and 44.2%,re-spectively.Hence LBP has shown rema rkable radioprotective effects.
