枸杞多糖-4的提取、分离及其对雌性下丘脑损伤性肥胖小鼠的减肥作用

Isolation of Lycium Barbarum Polysaccharide and Its De-fatting Effects on Monosodium Gluta mate Induced Obesity in Female Mice

摘要: 提取、分离了枸杞多糖-4,并研究了其对雌性下丘脑损伤性肥胖小鼠的减肥作用及其作用机制。雌性下丘脑损伤性肥胖小鼠模型造型后分别以20、40和60mg/(kg•d)的剂量连续灌胃30d后,称量体重,测量体长,眼球取血处死,称量全身脂肪重量,计算李氏指数和脂肪指数,测定血脂水平,将脂肪组织固定、染色后400倍显微镜下记数单个视野内脂肪细胞个数,测定脂肪组织中AccmRNA含量。结果表明,枸杞多糖-4可显著降低雌性下丘脑损伤肥胖小鼠的体重和脂肪指数;摄入适当剂量的枸杞多糖-4可显著降低血清TC和TG的含量,提高血清HDL含量;并可显著减小脂肪细胞大小和增加脂肪组织内AccmRNA的含量。表明枸杞多糖-4可通过调节机体的能量代谢达到降脂减肥的作用。

Abstract: In this paper,LBP -4was extracted an d isolated.Then the defatting effec ts of LBP -4on monosodium glutamate induced obesity of mice were investigated.LBP -4w as applied to monosodium glutamate induced obesity of female mice at the dose of 20?40?60mg /(kg•d)for 30days ,respec-tively.Then the body weight,Lee’ s index,fatindex,lipidinserum,th e volume of fat cell and the content of Acc mRNA in fat tissue,but the high dose of LBP -4could decrease it.The r esults showed that LBP -4couldadjust the content of Acc in fat tissue of female mice and could decrease fat in monosodium glutamate induced obesity of female mice’ s body.
