油菜花粉的微生物破壁技术研究

摘要: 本文以两种曲霉产生酶,用两种曲霉单独产生的酶液和二者的混合酶液,三种方法对比对油菜花粉进行破壁研究,结果发现:一定比例的混合酶液的破壁效果远远高于两种单独酶液,破壁率达97%以上,这为花粉需要多种酶协同进行高效破壁提供了依据,为花粉的食用、药用提供了安全可靠的途径。

Abstract: Pollen contains many kinds of nutrie nt components needed by the human bod y and has high nu-tritional and healthy effects.This article showed the method of rape pollen -wall breakage by microorganism zymolysis.The enzyme system produced by two Aspergilli(I:Aspergillus3040sp.J:Aspergillus3514sp.)was used separately and the mixture f rom above two enzyme solutions as the tools of rape pollen breakage was made accordingly.The results showe d that the efficiency of wall breakage by the mixed enzyme solution was much higher than the others.The wall breakage rate was more than 97%,whic h offered a fact that pollen -wall breakage needed some species of enzymes.At the same time,it provided a safe and credible approach to the edible and curative ways of pollen utilization.
