从银杏外种皮中提取银杏酚酸的工艺条件研究

Study on the Technological Conditions of Extracting Ginkgolic Acids from Ginkgo Biloba L .Episperm

摘要: 研究从银杏外种皮中提取分离银杏酚酸的工艺条件,探讨了影响银杏酚酸浸出率的主要因素以及合适的精制方法。结果表明,以80%乙醇为提取溶剂,采用1∶7(W/V)的料液比,在60℃条件下回流提取3次,每次4h,经过滤,真空浓缩后,采用大孔吸附树脂精制,冷冻干燥后得到的提取物中银杏酚酸总含量为52.14%,得率为3.05%。

Abstract: The newtechnological conditions of extracting ginkgolic acids fromepi spermof Ginkgo Biloba L.were studied.The main factors affecting extraction rate of ginkgolic acids a nd optimum refining conditions were dis-cussed.The results showed that usin g 1∶7of 80%ethanol to epispermof Gin kgo Biloba L.weight ratio,Ginkgo BilobaL.epispermwasextractedbyr efluxingat60℃for3timesand4heach time.Then,theextracts was filtere d,enriched and refined with the resin.The obtained ginkgolic acids products showed 52.14%purity and 3.05%yield.
